Absolutely spotless. Lovely breakfast, plenty of choice. Was a bit concerned about it being shared bathroom but needn't have worried, all individual lockable shower room. Location was good but did take "two oldies" a little while to walk to the shops.

The room was extremely spacious and felt very homey, The staff were very attentive and helpful in their messages to me on Whatsapp. They offered a lovely breakfast for 5 pounds even though I didn't partake in it. The location is extremely convenient for downtown and the train station. I loved it here.

The Riverhouse location was so central and easily accessible from Cardiff Central train station. Indoors, the shared kitchen was spacious and accommodating and many of the bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs but there was enough for everybody to share that it hardly felt like sharing! Would definitely stay here again.

great room service. Overall cleanliness was great. very good and understanding staff. only 10-15 min walk from cardiff central station and town centre.

Central location opposite the Principality Stadium and only a 5 min walk from Central Cardiff next to Bute Park. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Our towels were replaced every other day.I accidentally left the fob inside the room and customer service was amazing! Sorted the issue out within 5 minutes 🙂“Shared bathrooms” actually meant several shower and toilet cubicles. Never any issues, very clean.Would definitely stay again at The Riverhouse if I ever come back to Cardiff.
