We stayed here on and off over 4 weeks while we traveled around Wales. After travelling for the last 12 months it was hands down the best accommodation I have ever stayed at. Pricing was very affordable, smart TVs in each room were great, rooms and shared areas were cleaned regularly and were all very tidy. Shared bathrooms were always spotless. If I could leave more stars I would. Very close to the city and the self-check in process was perfect. Please book directly as you will support the local owners Abi and Charlie. 11/10. I would recommend this place to literally everyone.

Super friendly, efficient, helpful great communication from booking through to leaving, clean and great location for exploring Cardiff. Recommend contacting and booking directly for best prices. Really good to have access to shared kitchen and dining room, although breakfast is available if preferred. Thanks to Abi and Charlie and the cleaning team for making our stay so comfortable. Definitely will recommend and hopefully come back sometime!

This was my 2nd time staying at this lovely guesthouse and I will go back again. The location is perfect, just a 5-10 mins walk from Bute Park, the castle and town centre.The rooms are immaculate with super comfy beds - it wasn't a problem using a shared bathroom as they are kept extremely clean. The shared kitchen/dining area is nice and there's even a nice little garden out the back to enjoy your breakfast in.The staff (both in person and via whatsapp) are friendly and responsive. Just made my stay in Cardiff so easy and comfortable, thoroughly recommend.

We were pleasantly suprised at how close we were to the stadium having never visited Cardiff before! The location was perfect! The rooms were clean, the layout was was great, facilities cannot fault! Everything we needed was there for us. Your package was so helpful & included everything we needed to know before arriving. We loved our stay so much that we will be back!!

I highly recommend The Riverhouse in Cardiff! The location is excellent—very close to Cardiff Castle, Bute Park, the city centre and public transport. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s a great choice for families. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Cardiff.i had been facing difficulties due to my baby and I told to the manager ,they have Changed my room immediately ..thank you to abi & Charlie.. And also thanks to kitchen supervisor rubina she is too good and friendly and also help us in kitchen..but i face a little difficulty and it’s basin water ,I can use hot water but it’s made problem to my baby ..
