The standard of cleanliness is high. Check-in and check-out were automated and seamless for us. Easy to lock yourself out of your room, so don't forget your fob when you leave (apologies to the staff who had to let us in). Pillows on the bed are very thin, so I found it tough to get comfortable, but my partner slept alright. I removed a star for service because a lot of the staff seemed miserable. We tried to greet them whenever we saw them and be friendly, but often got no response, especially from the one lady. We felt unwelcome in the common area and kitchen whenever they were around, like they were annoyed we were in their way. But they didn't say anything to let us know we weren't supposed to be there or something, or ask us to move if need be. They just kinda slammed around, which came off as passive aggressive. The exception was Anna -- despite the language barrier, she seemed nice and would smile at us and say hello. Also, using Grok as your AI assistant felt like an odd choice, but it was at least able to provide a number at which to contact a human. All that said, it was a pretty good experience overall, I just hope their staff are being treated okay, because some of them seem to hate being there.
